Salary: R20 000 basic + Benefits – Benefits include medical aid and group risk with funeral plan. Benefits only activate after the probation period has been served and all training and internal assessments have been passed.

Key Deliverables & Outputs of the Outbound Sales Representative:
• Work on and convert potential qualified leads to investing clients generated from the Business Intelligence team
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales calls and targets consistently
• Have a passion for investments and trading.
• Be able to hunt for new potential business and convert the prospect to a client actively and aggressively.

Minimum Requirements of the Outbound Sales Representative:
• Grade 12 – not negotiable
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Economics Field – Beneficial
• 2+ years Outbound Sales experience within the Trading | Forex | Crypto space – not negotiable
• RE 5 – Highly beneficial

Skills Requirements:
• Strong mathematics background
• Ability to think on your feet and deliver answers to prospects in a confident natural manor.
• Ability to cold call prospective clients

Skills Assessment:

If selected for a screening interview – you will be required to complete an online numeracy assessment at the beginning of the interview.

Should you be successful in being offered a position with the client, you will receive training and will be subjected to multiple assessments to further gauge your numeracy, communication and investment skills.
