Your new role:

You will take the lead to build, develop, and drive your high performing team creating a culture of delivering memorable customer service magic and spreading joy to each and every guest!

Key Accountabilities:
• Safety: A safety first approach for our people and products
• People: Recruit, train and motivate, whilst managing performance & driving succession plans for career development
• Quality: Commitment to quality with only the highest quality products being allowed to leave the premises
• Facilities: Take responsibility for your store. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda creating a fit for purpose, happy working environment for all our Krispy Kremers
• P&L: Take ownership and accountability for managing stock, internal revenue, costs and profit, rotas

• You have track record as a supervisor looking for your next step up or already a line manager looking to enhance your current expertise and of course a CV bursting with customer service experience.

• You have proven experience of using your skillset to develop a team of people.

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
