What we do at Panya;
Panya is a mixed media platform for the distribution of interactive content. Our goal is to use the best technology to engage viewers in ways that traditional TV can not, elevating viewers from being spectators to playing an active part of the plot.

The Gig: (Roles and Responsibilities)

Work cross-functionally with Developers, Production teams, Operations, Marketing, and Sales/BD to bring products to market.

Make data-informed decisions. Know how you’re measuring success before starting any project.

Develop a product strategy and continually refine it for optimal product/market fit.

Engage with users through user research and interviews.

Develop new products for Panya Studios

Ideate improvements that addresses company... objectives, build business cases, pitch ideas

Be a customer advocate. Gain a deep understanding of their needs through both qualitative and quantitative measures

Ability to champion the goals and vision of the product, inspire team members to do great work and remove roadblocks to make progress

The know how: (Requirements)

The key requirement is a thorough understanding of Tech, but not active coding necessarily.

Contract: Full time Employee Agreement

Compensation: 80,000 - 120,000 THB negotiable
