RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project management across the Technical systems and

 processes

Drive business process improvements planned on the

 roadmap
• To engage in problem analysis and resolution
• Continuous evaluation of current systems and

 processes to create a unique operational service

 experience

To fulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and

 facilitating requirements between the Innovation

 team and internal departments
• Communications to senior stakeholders
• Managing end-to-end software product lifecycles
• Managing development teams to ensure the worldclass

 quality of work; supporting them technically

 where required
• Strong customer-centric focus essential
• Manage and facilitate the documentation related to

 the analysis of specific improvement initiatives

 through engagement with initiative owners
• Lead testing efforts as required
• Drive change management in a proactive manner

REQUIREMENTS :
• Â Â BEng Industrial Engineering
• Â Â BEng Honours... in Engineering and Technology Management
• Â Â 5+ years of experience in :
• Â Â Agile Project methodologies
• Â Â Technical Project management
• Â Â Innovation
• Â Â Product Management
