Role Define Business Development Executive / Sales Executive is the one who is responsible for generating revenues for the company by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts or sales

Tasks & Activities Data Sourcing & Management:
• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, yellow pages, just dial, Google search of the decision maker from the marketing and facility managers of the companies in the business of IT products, IT services, FMGC, Education Institutions, Automobile Industries, manufacturing Industries, Real Stage, Architectural Industries, Hotel Industries, Civil Engineers, consultant and Hospitality Industries.
• Maintaining The database on the internal templates of the organization
Sales... Meetings:
• Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client
• Having effective sales meetings in order to:
o Understand the actual requirement of the client
o Position Anibros / Rasas as the best choice for the client
o Generate requirements about our services from the client
Sales Proposals:
• Create presentation based on the clients requirements
• Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
Sales Conversion:
• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Client Co-ordination:
• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
• Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the project
Payment Collection:
Co-ordinate with the operation team to collect the advance payment before work as well as the final payment after work completion from the client
Feedback Report:
Taking a feedback report from the client through Google review and ask them to follow us through social media sites like Facebook and Instagram
Measurement Metrics • 25 meetings per week and 100 meetings per month
• 10 accounts converted per month
• Revenue generated per month
