Fire Assay Chemist(Job Ref. 31569)Our client is an industry leader in recycling rare earth metals. Reporting to the Senior Chemist and Managing Director, the Chemist will be responsible for ongoing Fire Assay activities of the production site.【What you will be working on】
• Cupellation (Fire assay) of gold and other precious metals from scraps.
• Procure and make placement of consumables and equipment.
• Prepare chemical reagents.
• Perform routine QA of products.
• Perform training and retention of the Fire Assay team.
• Aid senior chemist in developing SOPs for the new processes.

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Chemistry or related studies.
