Job Title: Structural Engineer Steel Structures

Remuneration: £30,000 - £50,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of the Structural Engineer Steel Structures will involve:
• Pre-Construction Engineer position promoting facilities management & maintenance package for steel structures, glazing and ETFE
• Liaising with architects and main contractors to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Working closely with the Engineering and Sales team
• Develop cost effective steel, glass and ETFE structural designs
• Provide technical solutions to inbound enquiries
• Produce pricings reports and load calculations
• Develop build models to carry out testing on
• of quantities) to allow... timely return of quotations to customers deadlines
• Prioritise own workload to ensure customers deadlines are met
• Monitoring and updating documentation throughout the process
• Project sizes range in value from £100,000 to £5m

The ideal applicant will be a Structural Engineer Steel Structures with:
• Must have Structural Engineer experience within the steel structures market sector
• Ideally will have experience within glass or ETFE market sectors
• Good understanding of structural analysis
• Attention to detail and organisation skills
• Excellent communication & numerical skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
• Robust, positive outlook and team player
• Mental agility, enthusiastic and articulate
