The Financial Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for analyzing and reporting upon financial affairs of several real estate partnerships and painting a comprehensive picture of strategic business initiatives for multiple large retail sites throughout the region. Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst
• Present financial results and analysis in various meetings to Executive Management & Ownership
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop annual operating budgets for retail shopping sites
• Financial modeling and due diligence efforts
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis
• Improve financial status by identifying trends and recommending strategic actions
• Assist in the development of new/more efficient reporting and analytical systems
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Ensure ongoing compliance standards

Qualifications
• 3+ years of demonstrated Finance or Analytical Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or Finance
• Solid understanding of accounting systems and financial analysis
• knowledge of commercial lease structure, clauses, and legality
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs including Excel
