Responsibilities

- Work on your own files and have to opportunity to assist senior counsel on other high level cases

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Litigation

- Expertise in Complex Commercial Litigation

- Excellent academic credentials and references

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters... and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

- Licensed Ontario lawyer with 5+ years of experience
