Our client is seeking a Health Manager to work within their facilities located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Summary:

To provide occupational health and wellbeing in line with best industry standards for oil and gas operations.

To provide technical expertise to enhance organisational effectiveness in providing a proactive and sustainable occupational health and well being process across the business... unit.

To provide technical expertise in the development of organizational capabilities to deal effectively with Occupational Health (OH) hazardous including well being and mental health issues and to ensure such processes are in alignment to meet the legislative compliance requirements.
Education Qualification:

Possess a Medical Degree recognized by the Malaysian Government.

Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) by Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine Malaysia (AOEMM).

Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in providing MRO and AMMRO services to oil and gas companies.

Additional Requirement – Possess any fellow membership with any medicine association in Malaysia.

Job Requirement:

At least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of working experience in Oil and Gas Company with at minimum five (5) years of specific experience in Upstream business as the Medical or Occupational Health Advisor/Manager or Specialist.

At least 2- 5 years supervisory or managerial experience in HSE covering oil and gas projects and or operations.

At least five (5) years of experience in providing MRO and AMMRO services to oil and gas companies.

Familiar with development and implementation of OH industry standards and safety management systems.

Offshore experience of Floating Production and Export operations is desirable.

Experience and good communication skills dealing with clients and government entities
