Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer 💰 Salary: 3000 - 3500 RON per year

📝 Rquirements:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented mid-level Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality and performance of our software products to ensure they meet the needs of our users.

In this role, you will work closely with our developers to design and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and document defects, and verify that defects are properly fixed. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, such as acceptance testing. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively, and... have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of experience in software QA, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
Experience with automated testing tools and techniques
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
Identify and document defects, and work with developers to ensure they are properly fixed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure the success of our software product.
