The Salesforce Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud instance, including report building, workflow management, system triage, and development requests. Reporting into the Sales Strategy and Operations team, the Salesforce Senior Specialist will work with various teams to execute on data and process tasks to support sales and service processes and the customer experience. Salesforce Senior Specialist will work closely with the business to understand current operational limitations or needs, and partner with the Salesforce Administrator to build efficiencies and solutions.
Responsibilities

:

Facilitate the development, scalability, and management of our Salesforce architecture to support the ongoing needs of the growing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

Partner with Sales Strategy team to understand reporting needs and limitations, and provide support on... building or improving reports and dashboards to best support business needs (sales and customer service)

Work with various stakeholders to understand and interpret new business asks. Scope projects, identify trade-offs, and build best-in-class solutions.

Iterate on existing workflows; automate existing processes where possible.

Partner with Salesforce Administrator to manage existing integrations with internal systems and 3rd party tooling.

Continuously monitor processes and workflows to ensure sales processes and customer flows are working as intended.

Quickly assess and resolve any process issues. Work with the team to identify route cause and prevent future outages.

Conduct recurring system audits; manage standard Salesforce system upgrade procedures.

Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks including system updates, record reassignments, and ticket triage.

Certified Salesforce Administrator with 1-2 years’ experience working with growing sales and marketing organizations.

Experience managing and executing in the Salesforce platform; Sales Cloud preferred.

Understanding of HTML, APEX, SQL, and other programming languages as well as Salesforce data APIs preferred.

Ability to work with various stakeholders; proven ability to develop well-rounded proposals based on complex asks.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum and fast-paced environment
