The Team;

You will be leading a team of 8 testers who work across multiple product teams. The current testing team are made up of a diverse group of people ranging in seniority. They are a collaborative, friendly bunch who are not afraid to share their ideas and different ways of doing things.

The Role;

You will be responsible for the testing function within the business and bring a standardized way of testing to the day-to-day... business. You will be the team manager and make sure resources are allocated accordingly across the multiple products. You will be responsible for recruiting new members into the team over the next 6-12 months as the Automation testing requirement grows as new software is rolled out. This is a fairly hands off test manager role but may require some deep diving onto projects so experience in Automation testing would be required. You will be working as the 2iC to the Head of Engineering working across all of the product offerings.

What you will already need to know;
• A management background, managing teams of at least 4+
• Experience creating testing frameworks and testing standards
• Automation testing experience
