Job Position: Software Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester (Full Time Position)

Job Responsibilities:
• Working within the technical team, specifically on the software design, development & testing of the web-based product.
• Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability.
• Preparation and Execution of the full test cycle of software testing.
• Manual, Automation & Performance Testing of web based is a must.
• Create tests to identify software problems.
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
• Document results of tests for the software development team.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs.
• Research and compare similar competitor products.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry... trends and advancements.
Experience/Skills Desired:
• Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based Software Testing.
• Ideally having domain experience in finance and ERP systems.
• Experience in Manual, Automation & Performance testing.
• Proven experience with developing test documents, automated test scripts and testing web applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Automation Tools (Ruby cucumber, Selenium, Protractor).
• Experience in Performance Tools (JMeter).
• Programming background will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
