What success... looks like in this role:

You will deliver value by:
• SOE Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security Updates.
• Provide 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment.
• Applications Packaging and Deployment, both native and virtual.
• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Manage Security Products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.
• Active Directory and Advanced GPO management
• Addressing all questions regarding the installation, configuration, and customization within the areas of domain expertise without reference to others.
• Responds to escalated problems in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
• Packaging Applications to utilize Server Back Ends and appropriate Security Products

You will be successful in this role if you have:
• The skills that we are looking for in this role around SOE / MECM Systems Engineer, and Applications Packaging and Deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with knowledge of Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Security clearance required
• Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V)
• iVanti Application Control

Ideal Candidate Requirement: -
• This role will suit an experienced SCCM or SOE or MECM Systems Engineer or Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SOE/SCCM/MECM Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security Updates and Applications Packaging.
• Someone who comes with an SCCM Application Packaging or SCCM Administrator will be an ideal fit for this role.
