Role Purpose

We are seeking MS Dynamics365 CE System Analyst who has experience working on Dynamics365 CE applications. The individual in this role will be facilitating the liaison between Business, IT Team and Vendor for any support requests or enhancements. Other duties include configuring Dynamics365 CE applications, incident investigation and triage, functional and system testing, and maintaining functional documentation

Responsibilities
• Be the subject matter expert to maintain the internal Dynamics365 CE application.
• Maintain the CE incident and service queues.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and apply analytical, problem-solving and functional skills to effectively resolve incidents, queries, and defects as per SLA.
• Responsible for triaging and investigation service requests, incidents, and defects to provide adequate information to vendor for solution design and development.
• Perform Dynamics365 CE design and configuration to resolve functional service requests... incidents,and defects.
• Maintain and update functional documentation.
• Stay up to date with Dynamics365 CE releases and best practices and leverage the features that are relevant to organisation.
• Engagement with business stakeholders to identify potential Dynamics365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Team Lead.
Key Competencies
• Typically require a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline
• Relevant tertiary qualification at defree level
• Minimum experience in similar Dynamics365 CE Analyst/Junior functional Analyst role.
• At least 1 year of experience with Dynamics365 CE
