The Role
• Managing team and maintaining standards in accordance with our brand.
• Making sure high standards of customer service are always maintained.
• Training staff
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
• Tracks inventory

The Candidate
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume bar.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation & attention to detail.
• Mixology expertise would be bonus but not necessary.
• Fluent English is essential.
