The Contextual Recommendations group develops services powering Microsoft 365 experiences such as Microsoft Feed and Profile Cards. By responsibly capturing a deep semantic understanding of every person, we provide contextually relevant recommendations to our users to empower collaboration through meaningful people relationships. Our products are used by tens of millions of users, and through our services you get to write code that scales.  

 

As a software engineer in Contextual Recommendations, you will contribute to building a semantic understanding of people, people networks and relationships with people that matter. The position will enable you to develop or enhance your expertise in product lifecycle, systems thinking and improve your decision-making skills through a growth mindset. You get to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds. This role is flexible in that you can partner with your manager to define the way you would like to work, whether in the office or... from home.
