About This Role

As Senior Transport Planner you will have a high impact across our WA transport planning offering as you engage with clients, win work, deliver projects and provide discipline leadership and technical advice. With access to a global network of transport planning champions you will deliver... state-of-the-art, innovative solutions for our clients as you push the boundaries of what it means to be a leader in your field.

What will I do?
• Support and sometimes lead significant and complex projects and will likely be responsible for multiple concurrent projects
• You will develop work programs, set budgets, manage deliverables, manage staff, successfully deliver projects on time and to budget, and cultivate client relationships
• Coach, grow and develop junior members of the WA Transport Planning team
• Develop content for successful proposals and tender documents, help to assemble teams and support the proposal process
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through the provision of timely and quality technical advice

What will I bring?
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, geography, economics, planning or similar.
• Extensive industry experience in strategic transport planning, multi-modal planning and design, transport systems across a range of stages of a project's life cycle.
• Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines
• A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments
• Strong communications skills with the ability to lead projects of varying scale and complexity, including technical, commercial, people, client and stakeholder management.
