Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Lawyers and the Partners you will provide advice and have carriage of Property, Corporate and Commercial related transactions, including the following areas:
• Residential & Commercial sale & purchase of property
• Drafting, review and negotiating retail and commercial leasing
• Property development, off the plan advice and subdivisions
• Corporate business advice (structures, partnerships, trusts, etc)
• Manage agreements (shareholder, co-ownership, unitholder etc)
• Business sale and... purchase advice
• General contract review and negotiation
• And more, as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role and take the next step in your career, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the property. corporate and commercial space, in particular the matters mentioned above. You must also have:
• Admission to practice & Practicing Certificate (unrestricted)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional outlook and ability to manage caseload.
• Full working rights
