Support Specialist Role:
• Build and nurture relationships
• Manage lots of calls and emails (inbound and outbound)
• Become a platform... expert to offer direct support
• Work closely with our Product, Tech, Accounts, and Marketing Team
• Assist with office management tasks

Desirable:
• Understanding of disability
• Some NDIS knowledge
