• They are searching for a Licensed Social Worker to exhibit customer satisfaction orientation in every aspect of carrying out responsibilities.

Licensed Social Worker Responsibilities
• Maintaining professional licensure and seeking out continuous learning opportunities to enhance understanding of clinical management, trends in patient care, utilization management, and other topics applicable
• Educating and supporting members/families regarding benefits, eligibility, company policies, and processes to empower self-advocacy
• Utilizing the computer systems to efficiently enter case information, check benefits and eligibility, look up policy and procedures, validate provider contractual status, and other functions relating to the execution of key responsibilities
• Understanding and managing member's benefits to maximize health care quality

Licensed Social Worker Qualifications
• An active Massachusetts license: Registered Nurse, LICSW, LMHC
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with great problem-solving ability
