• Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for client
• Develope business opportunities with existing & potential customers
• Exceed customer’s expectations through effective understanding of their needs, capacity utilization, stock availability and industry knowledge
• Responsible in entire business process from prospecting sales to successful closing of an account
• Analyse business and market conditions and performance and identify actions for improvements and opportunity for the company
• Provide excellent customer services through... responding to customers’ enquiries, marketing appointments & after sales service.
Requirements : -
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Knowledge in strategic planning principles and marketing practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
• Ability to increase customer engagement
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and time management skills
• Available for frequent travelling
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
