Resani Consulting is seeking an experienced CV Writer who has exceptional listening skills.

The CV Writer must be able to understand the client’s work history, skills, and goals, and be able to highlight the client’s value to potential employers. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate also should be

well-versed in the latest resume trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the client’s unique value proposition and target audience
• Write, edit, and format resumes that clearly articulate the client’s skills, accomplishments, and experience while highlighting their strengths
• Incorporate industry-specific keywords into resumes to ensure they are optimized for applicant tracking systems and rank highly in search engine results
• Develop an understanding of the client’s career goals and objectives, and craft resumes that align with those goals
• Stay up-to-date on trends in resume writing and formatting, and incorporate... best practices
• Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss their needs and expectations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines
• Provide feedback and recommendations to clients on ways to improve their resumes
• Proofread and edit resumes for grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors
• Format resumes according to the client’s desired style, including chronological, functional, or hybrid resumes
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional writing experience
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience writing resumes and cover letters
• Familiarity with standard style guides
• Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
• Social media or content marketing experience

Location: Remote

Compensation: Paid Commission per CV
