Roles & Responsibilities The Event Operations Executive is critical to our conferences/training events’ performance, preparation, development and execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate & Manage Event Logistics Manage and Work on Event Related Administrative Duties & Documentation Work with International Speakers & Trainers on their Travel Arrangements including Negotiations if necessary Sourcing, Liaison and Negotiation with Hotels, Sponsors, Partners and Event Suppliers for Our events Managing/Running Conferences and Trainings for both Physical and LIVE ONLINE events Invoice & Client Payments Management Costs & Budget Management Problem Resolution with speakers for Final Conference/Training Course Agenda Project Management & Coordination Provide Excellent Customer Service Support Basic Brochure/Marketing Collaterals Design including the Preparation of Event Onsite Related Documents & Materials Marketing and Media Partner Acquisition/Liaison Building Relevant Data and Generating...
