SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Bvlgarı, within its departement of F&A, based in Turkey, is looking for a Senior Accountant to ensure the correct management of the bookkeeping & operations according to corporate Accounting principles and to the local legal requirements.

Responsibilities
• Supervise the regular booking of all accounting entries with our external accounting partner
• Ensure a proper keeping of all accounting and fiscal books required by the local fiscal laws
• Supervise the necessary accounts reconciliations (e.g. sales, cash collection, bank accounts etc.) with our external Accounting partner
• Confirm intercompany reconciliation and reporting accuracy (group closing schedule)
• Prepare and control the supplier payments in SAP/Trax accordingly
• Ensure that the statutory accounts are produced according to local accounting rules and filed on a timely manner
• Ensure that all the tax declarations (company tax, VAT…) are done and paid on a timely manner with our Tax... partner.
• Be a contact person with external consultants (Accounting, Tax, Transfer Pricing…) and support external auditors request for the yearly statutory and group audits
• Support preparation of the yearly budget, estimation directly with the F&A manager
• Ensure that all differences between budget and actual numbers are identified and explained
• Support new store or renovation projects
• Assist the F&A Manager
• Review and validate stocktaking in stores.
• Be responsible for Monthly / Yearly closing in SAP
• Be responsible for Monthly / Yearly Group Closing in Syrus
• Preparation of TUIK reports (statistical reports, Questionnaire etc.)
• Support to F&A manager during the Masak, tax and customs reviews

Profilo

Technical Skills:
• University degree in accounting
• Experience of min. 5 years of proven operational experience as an Accountant
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Fluent in English
