Position: Senior Accountant - Affiliate Marketing & Technology

Responsibility

Job portion:
+ 20% accounting (must have good knowledge of basic accounting practice)
+ 40% reports- accounting and managerial (financial analysis)
+ 40% ERP system setting up
Job details:
• Prepare managerial financial and accounting reports
• Analyze accounting and financial data and related information, interpret and able to present to related parties correctly
• Analyze and understand commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
• Validate data and ensure correctness of the report generated by accounting team and the system
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Understand business process, company policy, operational and financial workflow and ERP system functions and designs.
• Assist on system set up, maintenance as well as Implementing and testing of solutions
• Managing deadlines and progress to ensure set plan... is delivered on time and on budget
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. Inform supervisor as well as be a focal person on solving the issues.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change when needed
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
