International Logistic Company is looking for a Finance Business Partner/Financial controller, being responsible for all the financial aspects of the business, driving processes, delivering insightful analysis and making sure the compliance with internal and external policies is in place.

Responsibilities:

- Business Support. Acting as a first point of contact for financial matters to external customers as well as sales and operations, delivering effective service & advice to the business, improving efficiency and quality of reporting and processes; addressing ad hoc analysis; ongoing cooperation with the Business,

- Monitoring of revenue recognition, costs allocations, accruals; analysis of margins and detection of problems and anomalies, month closing procedures, reviews and reporting,

- Monitoring and managing cashflow,

- Financial Compliance. Performing financial processes in according to organizational procedures and policies,

- Managing cooperation with local accounting... firm and group shared services,

- Delivery of insightful analysis to support the management of the branch and cluster,

- Support in audits and harmonization/standardization projects,

- Proactive approach in recommending changes in processes, seeking opportunities, commenting on trends and addressing risks, proposing and driving actions needed.

Requirements:

- BA or MA in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent

- Professional experience (minimum 3 years) within Financial Analysis / Financial Controlling / Costing / Business Analysis is a must

- BIG4 experience, ACCA/CIMA will be an advantage,

- Strong analytical, business partnering and communication skills,

- Practical knowledge of SAP is desirable,

- Result-oriented and like to work pro-actively,

- Ability to work in dynamic environment, under time pressure - multi-tasking is essential,

- Strong accounting knowledge and high awareness of cost, budget and risk considerations

- Very good knowledge of English is necessary due to daily international contacts,

- Inquisitive, analytical, independent and assertive person. With the ability to work procedurally and cooperate with external entities. With a strong personality but also readiness for painstaking work. Not overqualified, rather person with few years of experience and hunger for development, open for hard work but also international projects. Not afraid of asking questions and not afraid asking for evidences
