WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a talented Digital Forensics Consultant to focus on our Digital Forensics & Incident Response business, who will support our customers before, during and after the implementation phase for Credence Security's suite of digital forensics tools.
This will involve configuring the software, training users and providing support to the customer during the customer launch.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Introduce and present solution capabilities, use cases, and technology via presentations, whiteboard sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Create and update commercial documents required for marketing and sales
• Represent the company at various trade shows, events, and demonstrations
• Proactively manage accounts continually, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking key deliverables, and maintaining a strong customer relationship
• You will contribute to technical discussions and technical solutions internally in support of product management, development and marketing, providing technical insight and customer feedback from interactions
• You will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and become a subject matter expert on various Credence Security's products
• Manage Proof of Concept engagements, providing knowledge transfer and support for customers while demonstrating solution options and benefits related to the customer's overall needs and objectives.
• Own and positively develop relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within the target customers.
• As the main point of contact, you will provide direction and guidance to customers during implementation
• You will execute onsite and remote implementation and training with new and existing customers.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / CAPABILITIES
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, analyzing digital evidence and investigating computer security incidents
• Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and be comfortable presenting to small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics
• Expert knowledge of DFIR tools such as :
• Computer & Mac : Exterro / AccessData, FTK, Encase, Magnet Forensics etc.
• Mobile : Cellebrite, MSAB, Oxygen, Paraben etc.
• Threat hunting tools : Commercial and open source
• Forensic Hardware : Workstations, Servers, Storage (Including GPUs)
• Advanced Hardware Forensic : JTAG & Chip-Off, HDD Repair and Data Recovery
• Familiar with network tools : Wireshark, tcpdump, libpcap
• A high degree of market awareness with the ability to recognize nuances / trends in the market.
Arabic and English language skills are required for this job, and the ability to travel regularly across the region, as needed
