Job Description

/ Requirement

Possess Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical or Computer Science

Excellent communication skills. Sensitive to customer needs and good record in maintaining high SLA rating

Must have knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment

Experience in Telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless, 3G, VoiP, ISDN will be advantageous.

Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and resolve the problems about (Mitel/Ibratro) product portfolios

Testing of new products and releases (both HW and SW)

Providing technical support either remotely or on-site

Design, build and manage the deployment of Mitel Solutions

Support existing partners with technical support, training and problem resolution.

Collaborate with third-party... vendors for integration testing and deployment
