• Experience in HR Shared Service
• Working location : West
• Experience in using Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software
• IHRP certified

Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining strong relations with business unit to effectively perform the HR functions
• Assist the VP HR in overall manpower planning and audit of operations of the business unit
• Establish clear performance standards with accountability and responsibility for the team
• Review and implement existing HR policies to ensure compliance to current legislations
• Develop and review processing workflows and procedures to achieve organizational/ business objectives
• Prepare and provide monthly updates on business unit's manpower resource/ manning and data reports
• Consult and escalate all non-resolved HR issues to VP HR
• Any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
• Experience in HR Shared Services is a must
• At least 5 years of HR... experience with minimum 2 years managing a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Unit4 Prosoft HRMS will be most advantageous
• IHRP certified will have added advantage
