Job Description

This is a newly created role, and you will be responsible for driving and spearheading the Talent function across the Southeast Asia region, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and working closely with the Regional President. Your main focus will be driving the talent agenda from Talent Management, Succession Planning, and High-Potential, ensuring that the business has the necessary people and organizational capabilities to support growth objectives. As employees remains forefront of their business, together with the leadership team you will focus on building a collaborative and supportive culture across the region. Your ability to engage senior leaders on a strategic level and approach to work as a strategic and... hands-on HR leader will be key to your success in this role.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a proven leader with executive presence and a strong commercial mindset, as well as the ability to effectively partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors. Strong regional experience in a highly matrixed, international work environment is required. You should possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would be ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and who works well under time-sensitive situations.
