Hive Medical Academy is an academy for Doctors and Healthcare Professionals with their placement related exams such as PLAB, MRCP, FCPS, NLE, NEB, CBT, ILETS and OET. We also assist them with their placement in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for an selfdriven, responsible and reliable professional with the following skills:

Responsibilities
• Oversee Marketing Activities including Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing and PR Events.
• Work directly with the Managing Director to set targets and goals for Hive Medical Academy’s different services and programs.
• Make and execute marketing strategies to achieve those goals.
• Build and manage a team of sales executives, social media... executives and graphic designer.
• Supervise the designing and procurement of Marketing Material for HMA.
• Coordinated with and facilitate all Stakeholders and Partners.
• Maintain records and updates on leads and sales.
• Bring in new business and partners for the company.
• Look after Administration of the office.
• Supervise the bookkeeping of office expenses.
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
