The Job
• Leading a team of software engineers with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Developing and delivering high quality technical solutions according to their unique requirements covering design, develop, build, and deploy phases
• Provide high level troubleshooting support as needed to address end user experience problems and functionality errors for the projects participating in and follow up and support projects that team members participate in
• Ensure the adherence of developers to design and build standards
• Ensure the usage of efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Quickly and efficiently identify solutions to complex solution code problems
• Keep the manager regularly informed regarding progress, challenges, timelines, and deliverables
• Create, produce, and if necessary, review project... documentation as deemed necessary or required
• Manage other members to ensure the progress and quality of work
• Guide and mentor other team members
• Be hands-on whenever necessary
• Other duties as deemed necessary and as assigned by the line manager

Your Skills and Experience
• 4+ Years’ experience in a technical role and 2+ years of experience in leading a team
• Having experience in developing in-house web applications
• Very good experience in various Java/J2EE technologies
• Very good experience with Oracle database and writing high quality SQL queries
• Knowledge of html / XML / web pages development
• Some knowledge in scripting language (preferred: Python/bash scripting)
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environment
• Knowledge in Java ZK framework nice to have. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Build and develop a high-performance team focused on delivering high-quality customer experience while creating an environment of trust
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Decision Making and People Management skills
• Experience with software applications in semiconductor industry nice to have
