We are a Reputed International Facility management company that requires Arabic Nationality - Facility Manager for their FM Division.

Must - Those have sound knowledge and 10 years of experience in Facility Management Company.
Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of experience in Multi-disciplinary environment involving Operation & Maintenance of Commercial Office Buildings, Multi-Storey Carpark, Recreational Facilities, etc.(Well Knowledge on Soft Services / Hard Services)

Must have adequate Supervisory and Technical knowledge and understand maintenance planning & scheduling to effectively organize the manpower, tools & equipment and materials to perform the required maintenance works.

The FM Manager is responsible for staff administration & supervision of all the O & M staff provided as per the contract for all areas of project and overall co-ordination with project designated persons, Tenants, ensuring that all project assets are maintained and are operated to provide uninterrupted... service.
The Facility Manager is also responsible for the necessary leave planning of the staff with approvals of project supervisors ensure staff availability, proper communications with project personnel and act as the focal point at the site between the contractor & project.

Salary - Full Package Negotiable (mention your salary expectation in the mail/subject should be Maintenance / Facility Manager)

Must have Computer knowledge of MS Windows. Knowledge CAFM (preferable)

Should have an Engineering Degree / Preferred a UPDA Engineer!

Qatar Available Arabic Nationalities with a Resident permit (work visa, Qatar ID with NOC).
