Asthe Learning Manager, you will be responsible to ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision to ensure colleagues are equipped to deliver an intuitive luxury service to guests.

An ideal candidate for this role will possess:
• Proven experience in the role of Learning / Training Manager for at least 2 years
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Energetic, passionate, self-motivated and a strong team player
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required
• Displays high initiative and requires minimal supervision and direction
• Up to date withtraining/hospitalitytrends and best practices
• Luxury Guest Service oriented and service minded
