Key responsibilities:
• Cooperating and maintaining partnership with assigned customers - distributors, pharmacy chains
• Supporting Senior KAM in achieving sales & strategic objectives per customer: revenue, market shares, gross margin
• Delivering company targets, analyzing performance and potential, taking appropriate actions to maximize revenue and secure profitable business
• Implementing 4p's strategy, with special focus on recommended assortment, reco promotions, reco planograms and KPI's in stores (distribution, flyer and secondary placement share, promotion location, shelf share and quality)
• Preparing contractual agreements for negotiation of trade terms and promotional investments
• Implementing and managing category strategy per customer; driving and supporting customers and trade marketing colleagues
• Improving the management of the account by identifying opportunities and profitability, as well as improving categories
• Forecasting... production, based on sales expectation and potential
• Analyzing key data and sales performance versus targets and KPI's: market shares turnover, listing, promotional plans, placement targets, ROI on Trade Investments

Our requirements:
• University degree (min. bachelor's)
• Willingness to develop in professional Sales and customer management area
• Previous experience on a position related to Sales will be an asset
• Strongly developed analytical & strategicall skills
• Advanced Czech and/or Slovak
• Advanced English
• Resilience and initiative
