Position: Production Manager (Automotive)
Location: Bangpu, Samutprakarn

PRTR is working with the manufacturer of the modern wire harness systems and exclusive vehicle interiors in Bangpu, Samutprakarn.
We are looking for Production Manager who directly in charge, manage and lead the plant to meet the standard and expectation as well as implementing the plant improvement and expansion.

Job Description:
• A key person for fulfillment of all production goals related to productivity, quality, systems, cost for which plans. Coordinates, leads, and controls all Productions function.
• Takes care for the product quality within the agreed goals for all Production segments.
• Coordinate Continuous activities for all Production segments which leads to customer satisfactions improvements.
• Supervision, training, and further development of subordinate.
• Optimally coordination of all subordinated employees according to production planning (customer forecast) for all Production segments.
•... Responsible for following up all existing work instruction and procedure.
• Implementation and assurances of standardized system for all production segments in regards of improvement of downtime, overtime, efficiency, damages of material
• Inform the Plant Management about problem which go beyond competence (timely escalation).
• Keeping work safety regulations and control of cleanliness in all production areas (6S).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields
• Experience over 5 years from automotive manufacturing assembly process
(robot assembly is preferable)
• Good English communication with experience working with multinational environment
• Good knowledge of productivity, cost controlling and basic profit and loss
• Challenge taker, systematic and interpersonal
