Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Data Administrator join a ambitious and expanding business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Commercial Business Partner within a busy commercial team, the ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and motivated individual whose work will be instrumental in ensuring that customers can carry out transactions.

Your Duties Will Include
• Triage product to ensure requirements have been provided in full and work to the requirements needed
• Accurately load data/information into the structures to appropriate timescales
• Proactively work as part of the implementation team to ensure that product is loaded correctly and works end to end
• Take part in testing and ensure work is thoroughly tested and provide evidence of outcomes
• Complete onboarding requirements with distribution partners
•... Maintain portal requirements
• Work with aggregators to ensure that products are loaded correctly and to appropriate timescales
• Complete ad hoc tasks as and when required by the aggregators

Key Requirements
• Highly motivated with effective time management skills and high attention to detail
• Strong mathematical / logical capability
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate at all levels and prepared to communicate with people to ensure product success
• Ability to demonstrate an organised approach to planning and prioritising own workload
• Excellent knowledge in Excel
• Ideally you will have knowledge of SQL
