Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee overall operational matters at the restaurant
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure quality of customer experience and restaurant ambience
• General customer service and handling customers' complaints and requests professionally in timely order
• Implement overall cost control and cost-saving measures
• Plan the recruitment requirements, training, developing, and deployments
• Calculations of salaries & bonuses
• Lead and provide guidance in operational functions with the objective to achieve the set deliverable and to strive for continuous improvements of the company
• Overseeing stock level and order supplies
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by the Management
