Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an International Services business based in Central Southampton in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager on a Part time basis (25-28 hours per week). My client will be working to a hybrid working basis with the expectation to be in the office one to two days a week.

£60,000 - £65,000FTE + Bonus and Car Allowance

As Commercial Finance Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
• You will be involved in the strategic modelling and scenario analysis to provide insight, driven by internal and external stakeholders
• Be responsible for analysing profitability to suggest strategies for improving business performance
• Evaluate current key initiatives to ensure the funds invested are achieving optimal results
• Perform analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning and deployment activities
• You will work closely with the commercial and strategic planning teams and other stakeholders in providing... data-backed recommendations to support effective decision making

About you:
• ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified with experience of management reporting, planning and analysis
• Experience of business partnering with different stakeholders internally and externally
• Strong communication skills and first class stakeholder management skills and have the ability to challenge the status quo within the organisation
