THE OPPORTUNITY
TechInsights is looking for a Product Enablement Manager to join our Reverse Engineering Product Marketing team. We are in search of an individual who is passionate about helping others succeed and building high-impact product Go-To-Market solutions for our growing Sales team. As the Product Enablement Manager, you'll partner with Sales leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define strategy, drive execution, and communicate the business impact of our products. Your ability to measure and act on data will be essential to the role. The Product Enablement Manager's main purpose is to maximize business outcomes across all stages of the sales cycle across the Reverse Engineering Business Unit.
The ability to work well & effectively with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing and Sales to build best in class product enablement content and programs will make you successful in this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Creation & Delivery - Build, host and manage training calendar related to product updates and new features/releases in close partnership with cross-functional business partners. Provide product training and technical expertise and facilitate the creation and maintenance of product and process materials.
• Content Management – Help scale PM/PMM built resources and measure adoption. Develop and maintain a collateral lifecycle process, ensuring ongoing relevance by continuously updating or deprecating content.
• Develop product competency in our Sales org in partnership with Sales & Revenue Operation leadership.
• Work with Revenue Operations, & Product leadership to develop, execute, and assess enablement program approaches.
• Oversee the implementation of new sales enablement efforts and initiatives. This often means active participation in the programmatic design of multiple projects and programs aimed at enabling the company's sales with the goal to pave the way for their delivery to teams that affect the company's revenue.
• In partnership with your peers, explore new ways of improving existing collateral, sales content, and product training. Gather and promote the most relevant ideas into new approaches. Identify and present innovative enablement solutions. Understand the unique needs of each customer and help Sales understand what product features/releases etc. resonate best with various customers.
• Coaching Sales team members and other key stakeholders on methods of implementing created content and leveraging new enablement technologies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new sales enablement efforts and initiatives. This often means active participation in the programmatic design of multiple projects and programs aimed at enabling the company's sales with the goal to pave the way for their delivery to teams that affect the company's revenue.
• Uncover gaps in current processes and advise on how to improve impact of sales enablement content.
WHO YOU ARE
• 3-5+ years of experience driving sales product training and broader product GTM enablement programs or relevant adult education experience
• Experience working in a results-oriented, constantly evolving environment that requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and dedication to excellence
• Experience working with matrixed content (multiple personas, use cases, industries, solutions, and products)
• Knowledge of training performance metrics and how to improve ROI from learning and content
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with value selling, specific Sandler sales methodology would be considered an asset

• Proven work experience in prime revenue-facing teams, sales support, sales enablement, or sales training roles.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the best methodologies, practices, and technologies leveraged across these areas.
• Demonstrated experience in executing change management initiatives with the established approaches involvement.
• B2B Sales experience would be considered an asset
• Tech Sales experience would be considered an asset
• Ability to occasionally work in the evenings (APAC trainings/working sessions)

Salary determined based on experience level of the individual between -Range $70,000 – $100,000 CAD.
