Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for product regulatory compliance of chemical consumer products
• Possess a working knowledge of the following regulations; FIFRA, TSCA, DOT Hazardous Materials, GHS, FHSA, PPPA, CCCR, PMRA, CA Prop 65.
• Lead US FIFRA and Canadian PMRA compliance activities for a portfolio of antimicrobial swimming pool products including.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Research & Development, Sales) to provide regulatory guidance for the existing product lines and new product initiatives.
• Maintain compliance programs for Consumer Product Safety Commission regulated products, including precautionary labeling development and child resistant packaging certifications.
• Possess an understanding of GHS and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring.
• Work with established industry trade associations to ensure ongoing product compliance and continued authorization of products.
• Other product regulatory compliance duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a science discipline
• 2-5 years product regulatory compliance experience
• Prior experience interacting with governmental agencies
• Good organizational, verbal, written communication, and listening skills. Ability to accurately communicate complex information to a wide variety of people
• Critical thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring in WERCS studio environment is preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
