Account Executive | Boutique Experiential Agency| Up to $60k inc

Permanent or 11 month contract

About The Role

As an Account Executive you will coordinate all aspects of activations & integrated experiences from conception to execution. You’ll be researching ideas and concepts, developing executable plans alongside an Account Manager, coordinating operations, managing project timelines, coordinating staff, and assisting with the coordination of creative, technical and production teams.

You will be a project administration guru with responsibility for creating and checking purchase orders, setting up & checking suppliers, status reports, logistics, timelines, purchasing & reporting.

This is a role to get your teeth stuck into the world of events & experiences in a fast-moving agency environment.

You’ll be working on sponsorship activations & experiences with live technology at their core, tech led shopper activations, influencer activation, product launches & digital... activations…no two days or campaigns are the same.

The categories you will be working on include retail, government, FMCG & alcohol.

About You

You will have;
• Work experience in an event/activation/experiential/digital/PR or marketing agency
• Great attention to detail – a master of spreadsheets
• Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Digitally savvy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary organisational skills, self-motivation and intuition
• Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
• Natural curiosity on the world around you – what’s trending, what’s interesting, a lover of experiences & events
• Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
• Full working rights in Australia
• Working Holiday Visas welcome
