Associate - Global Banking – Advisory and Investment Banking

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global Banking and Markets team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
• Job Requirements
• Degree in Finance/Business/Economics
• Strong technical expertise in corporate finance and financial accounting and analyses, prior investment banking experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a bulge bracket or boutique Investment Banking institution
• Experience in preparing pitching materials, information memoranda, investor presentations, transaction documentation
• Self-motivated, responsible, strong analytical ability and project management skills and good team player
• Good command of English with proficiency in Arabic preferred; experience and knowledge of the region having worked in the... region a preference
• Strong communication and writing skills, aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
• Understanding / exposure to financial databases: Factset, Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters etc.
• Able to travel for work assignments when required
• International Bank seeks associate for their expanding M&A business
• 3-5 years of Investment Banking experience
• Arabic speaker
• Worked in the MENAT region before at a bulge bracket investment bank or boutique investment bank
• Directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance and other global products and services for existing and prospective clients
• Excellent modeling and communication skills required
