Position Summary:

CFS Practice Head will be responsible for cross functional and enablement services such as Right shore delivery; Delivery excellence; IT Service management; Academy; Internal IT & Systems; Quality engineering; Business operation & Governance; Regulatory compliance. This individual will also be the extended arm, eyes, and ears for enabling functions in right shore locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Right shore delivery: Service and Practice delivery in right shore locations in coordination with Delivery & Practice units.
• Delivery excellence: Risk management, Quality certifications, Continuous improvement, Industry certifications (e.g., ISO, CMMI), and Quality engineering.
• IT Service management: IT Service management processes – Industrialization and management across the client engagements.
• Academy (L&D): Freshers (finishing school) and Laterals learning & development (upskill, re skill, and cross skill).
• Internal IT & Systems: Design, Deploy, Manage, and Continuous improve IT / Systems within Astreya in coordination with all functions.
• Quality Engineering: Define standards and ensure compliance for BOTs, Products, and Platform developed within Astreya (QA / QE)
• Business operations: Resource management (Labor and Non-Labor), Target compliance management (Finance, Delivery, and Operation metrics), & Partner mgmt.
• Governance: Portfolio governance - Reviews, MIS Report, Audits, and Issue resolution. Collaborating with sales, delivery, practice, and enabling teams to ensure alignment.

Other desired attributes:
• 15+ Years’ experience in Practice / Delivery / Right shore delivery / P&L Management / Business operation / Quality in IT Infrastructure domain; with strong track record of Leadership and Innovation; Working experience with Multi cultured team.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, client management, project / program management, Inter-personal, Collaboration, and Problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in handling Global clients, driving growth / innovation / collaboration.
