Job Description

This position involves working as a CTI subject matter expert (SME) in support of Accenture’s Security Industry Practice. In this role, you will be the face of Accenture CTI, supporting Client Account Leaders, facilitating client engagement, and briefing executive audiences.

The role supports Accenture’s Resources Security Group whose aim is assist clients in securing digital transformation operations, transitioning to sustainability and carbon reduction while focusing on reliability, as well as protecting people, systems, and intellectual property. You will engage Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources, and Utilities Industry practices within the Resources Security Group.

In addition to supporting clients, you will be the Accenture CTI lead for ISACs and ISAOs, ensuring collaboration and information sharing within Industry. The position would handle a portfolio in the Resources Sector and would need to have substantive experience on the issues in this industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Build strong, credible relationships with client executives and Accenture Security Leadership in your respective Sector / Industry.

• Provide Intelligence to action the “so what, now what?” for clients.
• Act as the external-facing Accenture CTI SME in your respective Sector / Industry, providing briefs and presentations to various clients and information sharing groups.
• Tailor existing Accenture CTI products to specific Industry needs, specifying tailored remediations and mitigations
• Leverage relationships with various intern and external organizations to gain and share intelligence for clients.
• Understand ACTI assets, offerings, and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.
• Support internal engagements and collaborate with ACTI’s Analysis teams to identify growth areas for improving capabilities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the CTI team to discuss shifts in the client needs to drive requirement prioritization for intelligence collections & reporting.
• Support new business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand collaboration.
• Leverage hands-on knowledge of client needs to tailor intelligence products, briefings, etc. to better align with client needs.

Here's What You Need
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in or closely with the Resources (Energy, Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources, and Utilities)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience briefing and presenting in front of clients and large industry groups at conferences and conventions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience/knowledge of advanced cyber threats, threat vectors, attacker methodology, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience writing Cyber Threat Intelligence products and white papers in clear language for presentation to senior leadership
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus Points if You Have
• Strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and associated analytic methodologies (Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model, ATT&CK, etc.)
• Leadership and Management experience in a Fortune 500 / Global 1000 Cyber Security Team, Big-4 or Top CTI Vendor
• Experience working with cyber security information sharing entities (ISAC / ISAO)
• Experience working with cyber security public-private information sharing entities (CISA CISCP, ARC/FSARC, DIB CS, etc.

• Strong written and verbal skills; can communicate complex concepts at a high level while retaining accuracy and highlighting features in a way that maximizes audience engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build new relationships with industry experts in and outside of Accenture.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence with minimal supervision

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
