Job Description:
My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and Quality Assurance Operative to join their team in Preston. This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems.Perform routine inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.Maintain accurate records of production and quality assurance activities.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred.Knowledge of HACCP principles is highly desirable.Forklift Truck (FLT) certification is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
