Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Stock and Despatch Controller to join their team in Newport. This is a permanent role offering a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking products and applications within the security and communications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Goods Inwards and Receipting of Stock, including visual quality inspectionLocation of Stock and Stock ChecksMaintain accurate stock information on internal systemsGeneral Picking and Packing dutiesOutbound Shipping and CollectionsWorking with partner logistics companiesGeneral Housekeeping of Stock AreasSupporting the production team with some equipment maintenance
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a team enthusiastGood understanding of Office 365Awareness of Health and Safety regulations
