Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President – Sales & Marketing to lead our global sales operations in the oncology segment. The ideal candidate must have at least 20 years of experience managing sales across international regions such as North Africa, MENA, Far East, and LATAM , exclusively in oncology products .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned international regions.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities , customer segments, and emerging trends specific to oncology.
Formulate and evaluate marketing strategies based on in-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, competition, and cost structures.
Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to optimize sales performance and product profitability.
Lead the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand presence, drive sales growth, and build stakeholder trust.
Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are fully compliant with global and local regulatory standards .
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners , proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications &
Experience:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm /
B.Sc. / M.Sc.
MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum of 20 years in international sales and marketing
Proven track record in the Oncology pharmaceutical sector
Deep understanding of markets in North Africa, MENA, Far East, and LATAM
